Good Eats: Beauty Boosting Smoothie Bowl

One of Australia’s leading authorities on healthy cooking and the CEO of The Healthy Chef, celebrity chef Teresa Cutter recently released her healthy, wholefood cookbook, The Healthy Chef: Purely Delicious.

In Purely Delicious, Teresa shares a collection of her favorite recipes in this easy-to-follow cookbook designed for people who are passionate about food and health, but don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. Beauty Boosting Smoothie Bowl

½  – ¾ cup Hibiscus + Rosehip tea (chilled
)
½  cup frozen blueberries

1 banana, chopped and frozen
4 leaves baby cos lettuce (romaine lettuce)

2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
1 teaspoon whole chia seed
1 tablespoon goji berries
1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Protein

1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Organic Superfood


COMBINE rosehip tea, blueberries, banana, lettuce, yoghurt, goji, chia, protein and superfood into a high speed blender.
BLEND until smooth and creamy.
POUR into a breakfast bowl.

TOP with fresh berries and extra yogurt and enjoy.
