I love my Buffs! I also have my daughter & mom hooked on them too. Buffs are contagious. They multiply in my drawer too – orange, purple, brown, turquoise….

I adore my merino Buff! It was in the sixties the other day when I rode to work. I was able to wear it with a short-sleeved jersey and shorts and it was perfect! Without the Buff it would have been chilly, but wool is magic… :)

Listening more in 2016 will enable me to be nicer to others and a less negative influence than I am. By listening more compassionately I’m more likely to understand how to be more constructively responsive to the speaker. But it will also give me time to register how the ‘speaker in me’ habitually responds and choose to reframe it when my knee-jerk self-expression is needlessly critical or sarcastic into something that prioritizes the other’s feelings ahead of my own. I believe that habit may reduce the internal feeling I often have that I’m not in harmony with others.
