Peanut Butter Blueberry Smoothie

Serves two

Ingredients

2 bananas

1 cup frozen (or fresh) blueberries

2 tablespoons peanut butter (or any nut butter)

2 tablespoons protein powder

almond milk (or any other milk you prefer)

Directions

Place all ingredients into blender.

Fill milk up to the top of blender.

Blend.

Serve and enjoy your power-up protein smoothie!
